mono: thing; object; article (tangible, e.g. a wallet)
Remark: The speaker raises her voice only a tiny bit at the end, so it's a bit difficult to understand this as a question. But actually, it doesn't make much of a difference if you consider this as question or not. In practice, when more context is given, this is much easier to understand and usually not ambiguous.
